The countdown is on! We’re just a few days way from our much-awaited Spring Potluck and Live Music Event. With an impressive turnout of well over 100 members confirmed, this event promises to be an unforgettable celebration of our wonderful community, delicious food, and the magic of live music!
Here are a few important reminders to ensure our potluck runs smoothly:
- Dishes for 8: Please prepare dishes that can serve approximately 8 people.
- Arrival Time: Kindly arrive at the clubhouse at 5:30 PM.
- Hot Dishes: If you are bringing a hot dish, please bring it directly to the kitchen. Consider using a thermal bag or crock pot to keep it warm.
- Cold Dishes: Cold dishes should be brought in the library and placed on the provided tables.
- Dietary Restrictions: If your dish caters to specific dietary needs, please be sure to label it accordingly.
- Desserts: For dessert providers, we kindly ask that you pre-cut your treats into small servings.
- Labeling: Don’t forget to label your containers with your name.
- Servers: A big thank you to those who volunteered to serve. You will be assigned a task at the event.

CASH BAR – We are pleased to offer a cash bar for your convenience.
BYOW - Have a favorite bottle of wine you would like to enjoy? There’s a $6.00 corkage fee, plus applicable taxes, for each bottle brought to this event.
TEA/COFFEE station will be provided.
